How Many Private Dance Lessons?

The number of private dance lessons depends on three considerations.

No 1 … For how long do you want to be the only couple on the dance floor? You may choose say half of song, an entire song or a mash-up. Naturally, the longer you’re dancing together, the more dance steps will be needed to build-up your special routine.

No 2 … Will you have much at-home practice time together? Often “life gets in the way” meaning at-home practice time can be limited. However, at-home practice time will influence the number of studio lessons needed.

No 3 … Your rate of learning. At Let’s Dance, you’re provided with an abundance of teaching aids including step-by-step breakdowns, take-home instructor video summaries, after hours phone support, online videos of past students’ amazing wedding dance examples, etc. In addition to this support, more or less studio time is needed to match the rate of learning of each wonderful couple.

So … Let’s Dance always offers a casual pay-as-you-go arrangement. No locked-in contracts, you simply choose however many lessons you want, just give yourself plenty of time. For a simple (half song) routine, aim to start 4 to 6wks before your big day. Yet for something extra special (a full song or a mash-up) choreography, ideally start 4 to 6mths early.
Again, you choose however many lessons you want, just give yourself time to do so. Easy!
